The hotel has a calm ambiance, and the lovely balconies are perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening cocktail. the rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished, with WiFi, TV, and clean bathrooms. the breakfast spread is delicious and caters to different palettes. the hotel provides easy access to nearby sights and sounds, a short cab ride away. the helpful staff is always ready to advise on local hotspots and dining options.

We experienced several issues during our stay. On one night, we were woken up by a stranger who had mistakenly entered our room, causing us some alarm. Also, the lack of replacement towels and the unfulfilled promises for glasses became a bit frustrating. The receptionist's behavior towards us was unpleasant and unprofessional. Finally, there was a failure in meeting our airport transportation needs. the hotel needs to address some of these concerns to ensure a better experience for its guests.

During my Christmas stay here, I found the hotel to be pleasantly peaceful and serene, offering a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were well-appointed, complete with a beautiful balcony that offered a great view of the surroundings. the hotel's location was ideal for us as it was just a stone's throw away from several key attractions.
